This is the second round of interviews with the best managers in Yemen.
You can find here their projects, their strategies on the market and some advices for the training.
My aim is to help new or local users to improve their team following the best managers or just get some ideas for the team.
The second interview is with maryusika, owner of Broscute
(1799055). He is 1° at the moment in the Yemen League thanks to great strategies and really really good players.

The first interview is with an italian manager. He won a lot in Yemen and he reached the "Serie A" in Italy 2 years ago, so a benchmark for everyone.

Special thanks to HPE-Trent71 (2721158) - the real author of this material and HPE-relu_ (7533491) for the article in Jamaica. This guide will be just а few basic things to help when you start with the youth academy. In a smaller nation like Yemen, every talent produced makes a difference and even a double inadequate can become a U20/NT potential.
Quite often I heard the phrase "no sense in starting an academy, because there's no financial benefit from it." The weekly expenses are not a so high, even if you're just beginning (I'm saying this with the idea that you have decent planning). Usually, people think "oh, no, I'm pulling crap players for two seasons now, why I am doing this", but in reality, all it takes sometimes is even just one player to cover the losses inflicted in seasons. Overall, with good planning and a little luck, one can achieve much through the academy, and in helping NT. Not to mention the thrill when you see your kid reveal solid/excellent potential or when he has the "proper" specialty for his position ... or even when he puts on Yemen's national shirt!

In Hattrick (HT) today, we can only invest in one of two Scouting NetWork (SN) or Youth Academy (YA). Thus, the question often posed as if to choose one of the two, we should choose SN or YA. To answer this question, we should consider the main differences between SN and YA.

After Yemen's best ever U20 WC finish of 4th place four seasons ago, I decided to try to put together a golden generation to take the next step up from that and be in the battle for qualification. It didn't quite go to plan, but here's the view from the bench of how the last U20 WC and preparations for it went ...

Excitement is mounting within the Yemeni community after being selected in the top 5 bids for World Cup XVI - a great chance to bring the HT WC to the Middle East for the first time and to one of the smaller nations in the game. This article looks in more detail at the HT nation of Yemen and the bid itself.

We began with a relatively experienced group of 19 and 20 year olds, most of whom had played in the last U20 WC, and got what was seemingly a favourable draw. So how did we do against expectations?
Here’s my (admittedly very biased!) thoughts on how we did and where we might look to improve in future.
