Together we build!

In these days, when our National Teams are going through a good time in terms of performance, it is very important to keep this going and to see how each of us can help to make Misr even more stronger.

Yes, even you, a new user in hattrick and with an extremely limited budget can help!
Let's see how:

1. Youth Academy

The youth academy is the basis of any national team because future stars are born here.
It is very important that each of us make a routine of:
- Calling the scouts every week;
- Schedule a friendly once every three weeks;
- Join youth leagues with maximum 4 teams in it. This way, comparing to larger leagues, you win an extra training.
- Always accept the last player offered by the scout, even if he does not have the desired skills.
In this way, we empty the pot of weak players, and the colleagues who draw after us, can receive better players.
- Let's try to discover the potential of a received player, as quickly as possible.
How many times has it not happened to us to have a player in the academy and discover that he had good potential too late, when we didn't have time to bring him to the maximum skills? Play him in different positions to make sure you know everything about him.
- When we have a player with high potential, let's give him the necessary training as soon as possible and try to bring him to the maximum in as many skills as possible.
For example: it is not enough for a defender to have the maximum level of defence. Maybe we can maximize him on wing to make him a wingback, in passing to make him a counter-attacking defender, or in playmaking to make him a real central defender to help us in the possession games.
- When you promote a player and you know that you cannot offer him the right training in your club team, the most useful thing is to sell him.
Maybe whoever buys him will turn him into a national team player.
For example, if you train defenders in the big team and you have just promoted a 17-year-old striker, you don't keep him as a reserve striker. Maybe a striker coach will give him the necessary training for this player to score the winning goal in the African Cup final for Misr :)
- And most importantly, if you have questions or uncertainties about the Youth Academy, several colleagues can give you the necessary advice at the national conference ((/Forum/Overview.aspx?v=0&f=10703)). Ask us and together we can find a solution to get the most out of your Academy.

2. Your club team training

Each of us has a training plan set for his team and, most of the time, it can correspond to a large extent with the plans of the National team. Why not help Misr too, if you still have a serious plan?

How can we do this?

- First of all, almost any training plan starts with players of 17 years and as few days as possible.
To help the U21 national team, before you buy players to train, check if they are of the required age to be selected.
The U21 national team selects players who can play in several stages of international competitions, such as: the Final of the African Cup, the primary phases (1-2-3) of the World Championship, or even the Final of the World Championship. To check if your players are of the right age for one of these stages, you can enter the international portal: ((https://hattrickportal.pro/Tracker/U20/U21WC.aspx)).

- Try to have as many coachable Egyptian players as possible. Besides the fact that you help the National team, you also help yourself in the long term because you will pay much lower salaries.

- In order to create a small advantage for both you and the national team, it is advisable to look for players with a specialty. Players with a specialty are preferred to those without, because they can create special events in the match, which can lead to scoring a goal. Wouldn't you like to have a quick wingback who won't be overtaken by the opponent's speedy winger? Or maybe you want a strong striker who fights with the opposing defenders to score the winning goal after a big miss.

Good, we have some Egyptian kids with potential and the right age. What do we do next?
It is very important to offer them the optimal conditions for training.
More specifically: Minimum solid trainer, 2 level 5 assistant coaches, a doctor that is at least level 4 and for the training to go faster, the stamina level should be set to 10%.
- The training plan: It is very important for a player to be trained at the main skill, but it is even more important not to neglect the secondary training. A good team (whether national or club) is based on multi-skilled players. For this reason, it is very important to make a training plan that includes the training of secondary qualities.
Let's take each position separately and see what training it would need:

*Goalkeepers: They rely a lot on goalkeeper training, on defence and very importantly, on set pieces training. You just don't want to concede goals on every free kick, do you?

*Central defenders: Defence is very important, but in your team, you will need some defenders to support your possession game, so it is good to train them in playmaking as well. Or maybe you want to have a very good counterattacking game, and here the defenders' passes are essential.

*Wingbacks: In addition to defence, a high level of winger is also needed here. A properly trained wingback can increase your attack on his side a lot.

*Central Midfielders: Midfield is very important in Hattrick, so if you train playmakers, it is very important that they give you all possible advantages. A playmaker with a high level of defence can increase your chances of not conceding a goal by killing an opponent's chance (especially if he has Powerful spec), while one with a high level of passing and scoring can help you have an attack rating over yout opponent's defence.

*Wingers: Make your wing attack as strong as possible by having good wingers in your team. But if they don't have a decent level of playmaking, you may not have enough possession to create goalscoring opportunities.
Passes are also very useful for a winger. You just don't want Mohamed Salah to send a cross in the stands, do you?

*Forwards: You defend well, you also create goalscoring opportunities, but you also need someone to score goals, right?
For this reason, scoring is the main quality that you have to train them for.
But a high level of passes can help you a lot, especially if the striker is unpredictable. It is advisable to give them playmaking training, especially if we are talking about Technical or Strong attackers. The same trainings (passing or playmaking) are also necessary for forwards with the Head or Quick specialty.

Most of the time, if there is a player with high potential in your team, you will be contacted by a scout with whom you can discuss about a suitable training plan. But even if no one contacts you, you can write to those involved in the national team (coach/staff, etc.) and they can advise you or direct you to those who are scouting the generation of your players.

The above examples are based on 17-year-old players, but many times, the Senior National Team needs coaches to take older players (over 21 years old) to their maximum potential. A higher budget is needed here, as such players are more expensive. But if you have a rich bank account at your club team, but without a specific motivation, you can help by training such a player.

Anyone can help the Egyptian National Team!
From the newest registered user to the oldest, from the richest to the one who is threatened with bankruptcy every week.
From pulling a youth talent to training it or even to offering advice on the forum.
It is important for each of us to provide some help, especially now when we began to build ourselves a name among the other National Teams.

Go Misr!

Thank you,
Ulyca
