How i got to Al Dawry Al Momtaz in less than 3 years

This a nice story about a team I created less than three years ago and that now reached the First Division in Jordan.
Read the story about this team, their original and bought players. How we progressed season after season until we fullfilled our goal.

It started as a brand new team with the amount of money (300,000 usd) all teams have and i quickly spent most of it on a better coach (solid)

I had two relatively nice players with the initial squad, one quick WB and one possible FTW. They were both 18 years old so not great HTMS28 potential but i decided to start training wing for both of them.

The first one is this:
Kateb Kordy (445270622) which now has wing, PM, defense and passes, and he evolved into an offensive wing rather than WB.

These players and others i included later trained for more than 10 seasons increasing their defense, PM, wing, passes and SP.

The objective was to self train most players of the squad, but GK and forwards, although GKs trained some defense and FWds trained passes, wing and PM too.
So every player in the squash received some training. Some (like Kordy and Kaifar) trained from scratch to good wingers today.

After only 3 seasons of existence we promoted to II (s 51) as we were playing with 6 BOTS in III it was not hard to do that. But the first seasons in II.2 were difficult. We managed to stay 3 seasons there while training mainly defense and some PM. While we play defense we always played with 5 defenders to maximize training but we did not maximize results to be honest.

The season we switched to PM we had some bad luck and demoted to III (s 54). Just for one season where we also won the Consolation Cup (s 54). So we quickly went back to the same league II.2 and with a better team training short passes and PM we were able to be champions three times in a row while we also won Zapphire Cup (s 57)

On Seasons 55 and 56 we lost qualification game to play in Al Dawry Al Momtaz but eventually on Season 57 we got direct promotion with 36 points.

We have a nice GK 17-9-18, 5 defenders, one old for PM, two WBs, two CB so I can play CA, 4 inners, two that can be ITW too that will train more PM in the next seasons and some wing.
Two wings that will also get PM and wing and finally four forwards (two of them with Set Pieces, one of them can play defensively too)

So far its been a great ride that took me quickly to II division, fighting for survival at the beginning and for promotion later on.

So far i got three II championships, one Consolation Cup and one Zapphire Cup.

We still got three training seasons ahead, mainly, PM, wing and SP, although, now competition begins to be more important than training.

Defenders and WB around 16, Inners 16/18 wings 16 and all with 11 passes at least. Probably wont be enough to be champion or may be it will, well see.

Training is, in my opinion, THE way to progress in HT and without any trading i managed to reach the highest division here. I dont think i will be able to fight for title on Al Momtaz but on the next cycle, this time
