Talk to U21 coach Petitclub

In my role as Germany's Racing Reporter I had a pleasant talk with Petitclub (13289899), the current Coach of the U21 Senegal about his campain. That results in the following article.

Racing Reporter: A warm welcome to the Senegal' U21 Coach. Tell us, who is Petitclub?

Petitclub: Hello, my first name is Stéphane, I am a radio journalist in real life, I am also an amateur musician and sports director of a regional football club. I've been playing Hattrick since 2016. I have 2 kids and I'm newly married. And sometimes I have a little time to sleep.

Racing Reporter: What are your experience with U21 teams?

Petitclub: I love Hattrick and in particular the training of the player, the organization of the development of an international U21 team for a country.

I was coach of U21 France but I was too young for the job and I made a lot of mistakes. I got a little angry with some old managers but it was a good experience. I also was scout for U21 France.

For the past few seasons, I have been following up for Senegal' U21, assistant coach and now head coach. It's a lot of fun and we had good results.

Racing Reporter: What do you think about the new format for national teams?

Petitclub: The new organization of international competitions is very interesting for small countries like Senegal. We can try to win the African Cup title and then in the World Cup, there are a lot of matches and few eliminations for the first rounds.

Racing Reporter: How went you campain so far?

Petitclub: The first round was easier than expected with my older players. Then the round 2 draw was very nice with not too strong teams. I used a lot of Ts to win but it's done.

Round 3 was very difficult, Argentina is an ogre for Senegal because we only a few academies. Curacao also has a lot of managers. Barbados is like Senegal.

Racing Reporter: Unfortunately the World Cup ended for Senegal in Round 3. What is next?

Petitclub: My dream would be to train Scotland and Germany in U21.

For now I have two or three good players to train for the next African Cup with Senegal. And I am looking for managers who train playmaking, for a powerful forward and a central defender in particular. Contact me. ✌️

Racing Reporter: I learned in my research that in Senegal to say "thank you" it is like you are question the friendship and brings distance. Therefore I don't say "Jëre-jëf" but just say: Well done Petitclub
