Talk with U21 coach perlayale

In my role as Germany's Racing Reporter I had a pleasant talk with perlayale (11644446), the current Coach of the U21 Jordan about his campain. I talked with him about his experience as U21 coach, a little private and what he thinks about the new U21 mode.

Racing Reporter: Welcome to Jordan' U21 Coach! Tell us, who is perlayale?

perlayale: I'm Alejandro, I'm 45 years old, I live in Córdoba, Argentina. I am married, my wife Perla (here is my nickname Perla and Ale) and I have a 5-year-old son, Paulo, in honor of Paulo Dybala. I have been playing Hattrick since 2011, always with a lot of passion for the game, both with the individual team and with the National Teams.
It's been more than 10 years, but it's still like the first day, it's my main game, I log in every day and spend several hours on it.

Racing Reporter: What about your current campain?

perlayale: I am very happy with the Jordan campaign. We have obtained the Bronze medal in the Asian Cup and we have qualified for Round III of the World Cup. Jordan is a very small country, with very few active teams, the satisfaction is double that way
Our objectives at the beginning of the campaign were 2:
Get a medal in the Asian Cup and qualify for Round II of the World Cup. Both objectives were achieved and we were able to match what was done by the previous U21 manager: prst_u_uho (13342195) who also did a fantastic job with very little material.
In Round 2 we were already happy; We had a very difficult Group, with Austria (European Champion), Denmark and Bosnia. After the reset we were the team with the lowest TS, but we were able to make it to Round III on Match day 5, with a lot of luck on our side.

Racing Reporter: Jordan WC journey ended in round 3. Was it your first turn as U21 coach?

perlayale: It is my first term in charge of a National Team, but I have years of experience as an assistant and covering various staff positions for Senior National Teams and U21. Currently, I am a Scout of Argentina and Nicaragua, both in Senior National Teams
The new format is exciting for me. Friday and Monday matches are exhausting, but addictive. The different strategies throughout the campaign are also a labyrinth to discover. It is easier for small teams to compete in the initial rounds with older players and that evens out the equation, but at the end of the road the usual candidates will arrive.

A negative point on my part, I do not speak English (I use Google translator). For that reason, communication with the Jordanian community is punctual. I would have liked to do more things, like the interviews I did in Spanish with important directors of Hattrick (17425427.1).

Racing Reporter: Thank you Alejandro for this interview. Anything you want to say to the community?

Racing Reporter: As part of the HT community, I want to remind everyone that it is a game, where you win and lose, sometimes it is fair, other times it is not, but those of us who have been here for years should be grateful that Hattrick exists, even with its defects.
