Talk with U21 Coach SA-Mcload

In my role as Germany's Racing Reporter I had a pleasant talk with South Africa's U21 Coach SA-Mcload about his recent achievements with the U21 team, the new set up of the tournaments and a little private chat. That results in the following introduction.

I'm Daniel, 36 years old, I'm a software engineer and I'm married with 3 children. We live in Manchester, England for 5 years now. This is my first and original account, I've started Hattrick 14+ years ago, and it always kept calling me back so I can't see I'm finishing it any time soon. My son also started to be interested in the game (he is only 6 years old yet) so he will be a good heir at one point probably. :)

We had some incredible luck in this World Cup, for example, Japan defeating Czechia (24503940), but that's part of Hattrick.
I believe that lucky wins are only possible if you prepare well and try to optimize your chances. The community is very supportive, super proud, and I'm really grateful to them. My goal is always a medal, which is a big dream for me personally and for South Africa as well, but being in round 3 already is a dream. So we are happy for every point and every victory. As our motto says, "Go evil, or go home, South Africa!" :)

This is my second turn, I got involved in the U-21 when my lottery players got into the team with the previous coach. I'm raising them to be local heroes, they started in my lottery youth (random pulls) and got to the U-21 and I really hope they will get to the NT as well - I'm training them really hard - real zero to hero stories.

I really enjoy the new world cup format, I actively participated in the forum regarding the discussions about it. While the schedule is really intense, it makes it great in my opinion. I'm not that type of person who likes the fog of war, so matches as soon as possible after each other are always great for me.
