What are Kenya's strengths and weaknesses?

About this in a second interview with the Kenyan national team coach at the end of his second term:
Senor_Raul (6558813).

1. Hello coach. I have a few short question to you, because Kenya ended her participation in the World Cup in the 1st round. How do you rate the performance of the national team?

First of all, I would like to thank you for the interest you have given me, it is a great honour for me to be able to answer your questions again. On the day of the draw it was clear that we could reach fourth place behind the reigning world champions Switzerland, the Africa Cup winners Angola and Germany. Our main opponents were Ecuador and India. We didn't fail against Switzerland or Germany, it was the supposedly smaller duels against Ecuador or India.
Even against Angola there was more to it. But even the victory against Liechtenstein and the qualification for this World Cup round was a small success after failing in the Africa Cup of Nations.

2. What failed in the matches?
For one thing, we had a lot of bad luck in terms of form. We had a lot of downs, hardly any changes in terms of high form. However, this should not be the only reason, because unfortunately there is also a lack of special skills of the players in this small country. Passing would be one of the key words. As a small country Kenya you have to play counter against some opponents to be successful. To counter, you need a pass, this is hardly given or not at all.

3. What are Kenya's strengths and weaknesses?
Now in my second term in office, I have to admit that strengthening Kenya is based on the belief that we can achieve something great. Sometimes you knock to play with the big boys, and the damper comes. Many top performers were sold by active managers, managers you could rely on. Finding a conversation with other managers takes a lot of time and effort. This is the weakness of the Kenyan national team.

4. How do you rate your work with the national team during these two terms?
Bad, really bad. For one thing, we missed all of our goals. After the Africa Cup, I would have loved to resign. The whole development has stalled. If I could start over with my assistant Blackstone, I would sign it right away.

5. What are your goals in Hattrick today? Will you stay with the national team after the end of the second term?

To make it short and then to go into more detail.
A change is taking place with my main club, training and transfer in order to be successful again at some point. With Nyeri County, currently in the second division, the aim is to keep the class.
Another term?
hat would be interesting, of course, but there we come to the point where we have to be open and honest with one another. I took on a new professional challenge in March; I don't have the time and motivation to take care of this matter after work. Therefore I would like to thank Steffen aka Blackstone (6991042) very much, who continued to take care of the national team with all his heart and soul.

6. What you can to say about your staff of national team?

I wish you didn't ask that question. But I still answer with one word: disappointed!

7. A different question: what do you think about the many achievements that have been implemented in the game recently?

We could talk about this for hours now. There are a lot of things to improve at HT, I don't need any "achievements". I am in favour of more being done for youth work. The whole thing, including scouting, needs to be revised and make a little sense. No "achievements".

Thank you very much for your time for us and honest answers, coach.
