U21 - Kenyan Lion's project 🦁

Hello to the Kenyan community!

Maybe you have already noticed, maybe not, but I, Thewes (13527897), the current U21 coach of Kenya, started a project a few days ago to get the players we have available for our national youth team to enhance.

It's called the Lion's project 🦁 and can be found here: (17444437.1).

Everyone is invited to participate actively or passively (through the provision of youth players).

So at the moment you have a team free, with whom you do not know what to do, as well as enough money is available, then be a part of our new project.

I, my U21 team and certainly the entire Kenyan community will thank you for it.

If we then continue to spin the whole thing, our national team will also benefit from it and therefore it is not only a project that will benefit the U21s in the short term, but also a long-term project that will also help the NT to become stronger.

Let's talk briefly about the project:

The goal is to find around 10 farms that always train a certain position for each year. This allows us to focus on the best players each year and distribute them to the corresponding farms. Incidentally, homegrown farms are also welcome.

The currently started project should then restart every time a new year is due, i.e. after this one now follows the next and so on.

Each year should then be looked after by 1-2 managers, who will then act as the respective contact persons.

The target skills and the stamina management are specified by us, but of course this is also negotiable, provided it does not deviate too much from the actual target.

Incidentally, we are currently also looking for some generation scouts, so if you don't just want to help us with players or training grounds, please contact me and we will discuss together whether and how a cooperation can take place.
