Harry Walsh announced that two senior players - Sergio Baraya and Alan Estate - have advised him that they are planning to retire at the end of this season. He appreciates that fans may be disappointed at this, but highlighted the depth of the squad and the quality of younger players coming through the ranks.
In further news, Martin Millar is in discussions regarding his contract and may also decide to call it a day after a long career with 'Rovers'. A firm fan favourite, he has not been getting as much game time and has hinted at a different role in the club. However, Walsh stressed that he would try to ensure that the winger/striker would play for another season before hanging up his boots.
