2-26-2023 I-League... wait what?
The holy grail of Indian Football is to play with the best of the best and this is the I-League.
We made it, still can`t believe it and knowing very well that it was a lucky season for us, to get first in a very balanced II. Division and to catch the one team in promotion, that sold nearly the whole squad to rebuild.
Some of these teams here we already met in the cup and its a pleasure and an honour to play against this giants in the highest Indian Football Division.
It makes me especially proud to be one of the very few Manipuri Teams to reach that Milestone.
The Wolves will do everything they can, like sweating blood and fighting hard to keep the flag high for Northeast India and Manipur.
We will see for how long it lasts, we definitely have a good team, yet it might not be ready or well prepared for this challenge... yet we take it and make the best out of it.
It is great to be here and i wish everyone a great start into the new season... lets bring it on :-)
