Born in London, UK in 1965 Art spent the majority of his life in the UK. He moved to the USA in 2005 a few years after marrying his American fiancee in December 2002.
He is a lifelong fan of Queens Park Rangers FC.
He has a passion for art and photography which he promotes under the name of Frisson Art.
